• Michael Mabson, 30 Hamilton Hall was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan D. Grine October 7th on one charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.  Mabson was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.  The charges stem from an incident that occurred on campus in October 2008.

• Criminal charges were filed in the office of Magisterial District Judge Carmine W. Prestia's office against Vernon Lee Davis II, 216 McBath Street, State College, PA.  Davis was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.  The charges stem from an incident that occurred September 4th, 2008 on Shortlidge Road near Hibbs Hall.

• Criminal charges were filed in the office of Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Grine's office against William Frederick Lightner, 1235 W. 2000 North Mapleton, UT.  Lightner was charged with public drunkenness.  The charge stems from an incident that occurred October 9th, 2008 at the intersection of Bigler Road and Curtin Road.
