State College Police arrested a 62-year-old man Tuesday night after he allegedly exposed himself, tried to run away from police and swung a wooden plank at an officer.

It happened yesterday evening in the 900 block of McKee Street. Officers were responding to a report of man engaged in a lewd act outside a resident's window. Police said Dirk Millmore, of Williamsburg, Pa., attempted to flee officers and tried to hit an officer with a two-by-four.

Millmore was charged with felony aggravated assault and resisting arrest, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, invasion of privacy, loitering and prowling at night, simple assault and indecent exposure.

Millmore was arraigned before District Justice Leslie Dutchcot and is being held at the Centre County Correctional Facility on $150,000 bail.
