Police Charge Alleged Panty Snatcher
Investigators with the State College Police Department have filed charges against a suspect wanted for allegedly stealing women's underwear from an apartment building laundry room.
Police filed charges Thursday against Donald L. Corbin, 42, of Duncansville, including theft, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.
State College police Lt. Keith Robb says after the news media issued reports on the wanted suspect, investigators received a tip that led to the suspect's identity.
Police say Corbin was captured on video taking underwear from a laundry room about 10 p.m. Saturday at the Meridian building in the 600 block of East College Avenue.
Police say surveillance cameras captured Corbin entering the apartment building and then the laundry room where he allegedly stole women's underwear from a dryer.
A summons containing the charges will be sent to Corbin because the offenses are misdemeanors.
