Police Cite Six Individuals, Levels Nightclub During 'Barstool Blackout Tour'
State College Police had a busy night outside of Levels Nightclub, doling out citations for publicly drunk individuals puking on the sidewalk and even cited the nightclub for noise violations during the 'Barstool Blackout Tour.'
Police said the first call came in at 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday. By 11:45 p.m., police cited Levels Nightclub, 420 E. College Ave., for violating the State College Borough's noise ordinance.
Six individuals were cited for incidents including public drunkenness, false identification and underage drinking, police said. One woman was found passed out on the sidewalk and another woman was found by police, throwing up on her own feet.
Charges are pending against one man who resisted arrest when police attempted to take him into custody for public drunkenness. He was later taken to the hospital for treatment because of his inebriated condition.
Police could not say which, if any, of the individuals cited were Penn State students.
Levels Nightclub management could not be reached for comment and the tour is not advertised on the club's Facebook page.
Police are also investigating a report of a rape that came in at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Police could not release any identifying information on the individuals involved, but did say that they are known to one another.
