by on October 11, 2013 11:06 AM

Police are looking for the culprit in a hit and run crash that occurred yesterday.

Ferguson Township Police say that at about 10:24 a.m., a silver sedan struck an occupied 2001 Chevrolet van. The incident occurred near 1274 N. Atherton St.

The sedan was last seen turning east onto West Cherry Lane.

The sedan is believed to be a Ford Taurus made between 2002 and 2005 -- similar to the one pictured here. It also has a missing driver's side headlight.

Police are asking for help in finding the person in the silver sedan. If anyone has any information on the crash, you can call Ferguson Township Police at 814-237-1172 or Centre County Crimestoppers at 1-877-99-CRIME.
