Police Searching for Missing Teen

State College Police are looking for a teenager who was reported missing on Sunday.

Kiera Noel Header, 16, was reported missing from the Stormbreak group home for adolescent girls since Sunday afternoon. Stormbreak, located on Fairmount Avenue in State College, is a residential program operated by the Centre County Youth Service Bureau.

As of Tuesday afternoon, Header had not been located, police said.

Header is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. Her hair is currently shorter than in the provided photo.

In the past, she has been found in north-central Pennsylvania, police said.
