Penn State Network Television is a student-run and operated organization under the jurisdiction of Penn State University and the College of Communications. The club seeks to teach college students of all ages the ins and outs of creating and operating a show. In addition, it seeks to show everyone how a television station is run. Penn State students face credit card debt

The economy has fallen. Credit debt has risen.

Now, some students are faced with a frightening uncertainty: “What do I do next?”
