A crowd estimated at more than 200 people gathered at an altercation between four men and police outside of Tony's Big Easy early Sunday morning.

According to a Daily Collegian report, police from State College, Penn State, and Ferguson Township were involved in the disturbance that ended with the arrests of four men.

The incident began at approximately 2:00am when a State College police officer assisted with an altercation between a man, Danylo Kulczcky, and bar staff.  Kulczcky was sitting on a concrete wall while police investigated the incident, when a friend of Kulczcky's, David Orlando, interfered and was eventually handcuffed and placed in a police cruiser.

Another disturbance broke out nearby, as a group, lead by brothers Olakunle and Oladayo Orogbemi, began to yell insults at police.  The brothers got into a physical altercation with police and were eventually handcuffed and taken into custody.

After the Orogbemi brothers were taken into custody, police discovered that Kulczcky and Orlando had fled.  The pair were apprehended at 8:30 Sunday morning.  (More info)
