Renovo Man Arrested For Growing Marijuana Plant

A borough man is now in the Clinton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail for allegedly growing a marijuana plant in his backyard.

According to the Lock Haven Express, Carl Franklin Streck, 29, 604 Ontario Avenue, was taken into custody by Renovo Police Tuesday night after an individual stopped a police officer and alerted him to the plant.

Streck was charged with two misdemeanors of possessing a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia and a felony count of manufacturing a controlled substance.  (Read More)
