State College police are seeking the public's help to identify a suspect in an assault that occurred over Arts Fest weekend.

Just before midnight July 10, police responded to Centre Court Apartments on South Garner Street.

Police say the victim told them he was in the first floor hallway in a large crowd of people when another male assaulted him.

The victim sustained multiple facial injuries and was taken to the Mount Nittany Medical Center.

Authorities say apartment video footage captured the assault.

Police describe the suspect as an Asian man who is about 5-feet 7-inches tall and was wearing a black "Rush ATO" shirt, a baseball hat on backwards, floral pattern print shorts and sandals.

Anyone with information regarding this incident or who can identify the suspect can contact the State College Police Department at 814-234-7150 or you can submit an anonymous tip by clicking HERE.
