With visitors traveling to town for Saturday's Blue-White Game, State College Borough announced Friday that certain parking restrictions will not be enforced this weekend.

The "No Parking 2 a.m. to 6 a.m." restriction will be lifted beginning at 2 a.m. Saturday through 6 a.m. Monday. One- and two-hour restrictions in residential neighborhoods will be lifted at noon on Friday, with enforcement beginning again at 8 a.m. on Monday.

Lawn parking will be permitted.

Still, the borough reminded drivers that Pennsylvania Vehicle Code violations will be enforced. These include no parking:

- on sidewalks

- in or within 20 feet of an intersection or on a crosswalk

- within 30 feet of a stop sign

- over 12 inches from the curb

- against traffic

- in front of driveways

- anywhere indicating no parking anytime.

Street and parking lot meters will be enforced as usual from 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
