According to the Daily Collegian, a student testified yesterday against the "big brother" police say indecently assaulted at their fraternity.

The accused, Ian M. Taft, of Big Flats, N.Y., was bound over for trial on charges of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, and harassment.  The charges stem from an incident which occurred at the coed chemistry fraternity, Alpha Chi Sigma, 406 South Pugh Street, December 7th.

After the alleged victim and others were initiated into the fraternity, the victim consumed several shots and became sick.  The woman's name is not being released by police due to the nature of the incident.  Yesterday, the woman said Taft pressured her to drink and that after she got sick, Taft's girlfriend and another man placed her on an air mattress on Taft's floor where she fell asleep.

The woman testified that she woke up at one point and felt Taft's fingers inside of her.  The woman said Taft pretended he was asleep when he saw she woke up but again tried to place his hand down the woman's pants.  (Read More)
