Vairo Boulevard from Waddle Road to Oakwood Avenue closed late Tuesday morning after a crash in that area, Centre Region emergency responders reported.

Two people were cut from a Mini Cooper there after it collided with a CATA bus, according to WJAC TV tweets. They were taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center, a Patton Township police officer said at the scene.

Only the bus driver was aboard the CATA bus, the officer said.
