Trans-Siberian Orchestra will play an 8 p.m. show Nov. 5 at Penn State's Bryce Jordan Center, according to online announcements posted Wednesday.

The Jordan Center staff, in a Tweet, indicated this afternoon that it will share ticket information as soon as those details become available.

Established in 1996 in New York City, the orchestra is well known for its approach to rock opera. Paul O'Neill created the group, which, according to its website, has played in more than 80 cities and sold more than seven million copies of its recordings.

The show at University Park will be part of TSO's winter tour, the website indicates.
