The forum, which will take place from 8:30 a.m.-noon in Heritage Hall of the HUB-Robeson Center, will be publicly live-streamed by WPSU.

Vilsack, the first chair of the White House Rural Council, will be joined by Gov. Tom Wolf, U.S. Rep. Glenn Thompson, Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding, Penn State Vice President and Provost Nick Jones and Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences Dean Rick Roush.

The forum will include remarks from Vilsack, Wolf and Thompson, as well as panel discussions about economics and quality of life in rural communities and the future of agriculture.
