HARRISBURG -- Defense attorney Karl Rominger, working with Joseph Amendola to represent Jerry Sandusky, spoke with reporters Friday morning outside the Dauphin County Courthouse, in downtown Harrisburg.

The courthouse is hosting Friday the preliminary hearings for Gary Schultz and Tim Curley, both charged with perjury and failure to report in connection with the Sandusky matter.

Rominger, in his remarks to the media, indicated that he could not gain direct access to the Schultz and Curley hearings. He also wondered aloud: "Which version are we going to hear?" -- a reference to witness Mike McQueary and how McQueary has recounted what he saw during an alleged sexual assault in March 2002.

Sandusky is charged with 52 criminal counts in a child-sexual-abuse case. He waived his preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
