UPDATED: Tanker Truck Overturns, Catches Fire near Grays Woods

UPDATE @ 6:23 p.m. Feb. 17: The driver of the tanker was hurt in this crash, according to state police at Rockview.

Identified as Roy A. Dunlap, 47, of Tyrone, he extricated himself from the truck's cab via the front windshield, according to a crash report. He was taken later to Mount Nittany Medical Center. An official report did not immediately list his condition; it classified his injuries as
