Friday, Aug. 17

Autoport plays host to John and Chad at 8 p.m. 

Kildare's Friday drink specials include $3 Stella Artois (all day) and half-priced happies (10 p.m. - 12 a.m.)

The State College Spikes are home against the Auburn Doubledays at 7:05 p.m. a Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.


In The Expendables 2, Mr. Church reunites the Expendables for what should be an easy paycheck, but when one of their men is murdered on the job, their quest for revenge puts them deep in enemy territory and up against an unexpected threat. College 9 Theatre and UEC 12 Theater are currently showing this film.

Saturday, Aug. 18

Captivated by a work of art? Have a question about an artist? Want to know more? All you need to do is drop in! A Palmer Museum of Art docent will lead tours at 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Miss Melanie and the Valley Rats specialize in all aspects of the blues, as well as performing roots, soul and New Orleans infused grooves. Catch them at The State Theatre at 8 p.m. Admission is $10.

It's the last day for The Bellefonte Arts and Crafts Fair. Don't miss the fun from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Tallyrand Park.

Sunday, Aug. 19

The school bell will be ringing at the historic Boogersburg One-Room Schoolhouse. Free and open to the public, this special open house will occur from 1-4 p.m.
