Get ready, State College.
You’ll be able to order mozzarella sticks and mac and cheese bites at all hours of the day. Soon.
Sheetz will open its doors on September 28, according to Sheetz Public Relations Manager Tarah Arnold .
This month’s grand opening marks the end of a long journey for the Pennsylvania staple. Sheetz first announced plans to build a location downtown in January. The future convenience store chain is located at 129 ½ S. Pugh Street, the former location of Duo Nightclub.
The downtown location will be 5,000 square feet, and will feature Sheetz’s famous Made-to-Order station. Additionally, the store will include a new tray service. That way, you can binge on your favorite Sheetz treats in the store itself.
Perhaps the most exciting component of the downtown Sheetz is the promise of a “beer cave.” Yes, you read that correctly. The convenience store will feature its famous take-out brews section.
