Police Looking for Driver Who Passed School Bus

State College police are looking for the driver of a car involved in a school bus violation.

At about 4 p.m. on Monday, a red Honda Civic traveling traveling westbound on Easterly Parkway allegedly passed a school bus while the bus was stopped with its red lights activated as students were unloading.

The car had an out-of-state registration plate with a number "similar to 7BYP87S," according to police. The driver of the car is believed to be female.

Anyone who may be able to identify this vehicle or who has information regarding this incident is asked to contact the State College Police Department at (814) 234-7150, by email or by submitting an anonymous tip through the department's website.
