Penn State basketball added another verbal commitment to its 2020 class as Caleb Dorsey made his decision on Wednesday night.
Dorsey, 6-foot-7 small forward out of Pottstown, Pa. hits the scales at 200-pounds as a three-star prospect according to the 247 Network. Dorsey chose the Nittany Lions over a handful of other schools including Georgetown and Lehigh among others.
The PA native joins three-star commit Dallion Johnson, currently rated the best prospects in Massachusetts and the 48th best shooting guard in the nation. Johnson verbally committed to the Nittany Lions in mid July.
Penn State should, as things stand on Wednesday, have room for an additional 2020 commit in the upcoming class. With an offseason between now and the 2020 class enrolling on campus, that number could change in either direction.
The Nittany Lions will enter 2020 without the services of Mike Watkins or Lamar Stevens, both entering their final year of eligibility.
