Penn State has picked up commitments from 2017 OL Robert Martin (3-star) and PA native CJ Thorpe (4-star).

QB Jake Zembiec, LB Brandon Bell, LB Nyeem Wartman-White, S Troy Apke, WR Irvin Charles, DB John Petrishen, DB Ayron Monroe, DL Kam Carter, OL Brendan Mahon, DL Parker Cothren

Second team offense can't move the ball with Tommy Stevens going 3-and-out losing two yards on the first run of the day. The first team offense has little issue though, moving the ball 70 yards in 2:53 thanks to 5-for-5 passing by McSorley and two nice catches by Mike Gesicki. Chris Godwin grabs a 15-yard pass for the score.

Stevens moves the ball a bit better with another chance on the field but the drive stalls. Long ball to Juwan Johnson isn't caught but ball was a beauty for 40+ yards.

McSorley gets his completion streak up to 8-for-8 before overthrowing Gesicki and getting intercepted by Amani Oruwariye. Stevens is eventually sacked in the endzone to make it 9-0 after the first quarter in favor of the first team offense. Evan Schwan blew past freshman Connor McGovern on the sack.

First team offense continues to churn out the yards as McSorley finds Blacknall for a 22-yard score in the endzone to cap a 7-play 75 yard drive. McSorley is 13-of-14 for 155 yards and 2 scores. Only incompletion was an interception. Stevens has done little with the second team offense.

Mark Allen has been the star of the game so far with 8 carries for 49 yards but with quick burst and impressive movement. McSorley continues to throw the ball well going 18-of-19 for 217 yards and 3 TDs. The first team offense is up 23-0 with over a minute to go in the half.

First team offense leads 23-0 and has 252 yards of offense to 17 yards for the second team offense. Saeed Blacknall has 5 catches for 45 yards. Deanna Hamilton has 4 receptions for 67 yards. McSorley finishes the half 18-of-19 for 217 and 3 TDs and  INT.

Third Quarter:

Quarterbacks haven't switched teams, so McSorley will continue to get first unit reps and throws his fourth TD of the day to a wide open Thompkins for 35-yards. Tommy Stevens has his best drive of the day with several read option runs that gets the ball inside the 20 before the end of the quarter.

Fourth Quarter:

Stevens can't convert on fourth down but gets put in with the first team at 10:11 to go in the game and goes 3-for-3 before Andre Robinson turns the corner and goes 28 yards for the score to put the blue squad up 37-0.
