Penn State students: Are you looking for a fall internship that speaks your language?
Join an organization that's helping remake local journalism for the 21st century.
StateCollege.com is seeking applicants for our two remaining internship positions this semester -- one focused on crime and public-records reporting, the other on business reporting.
You'd be working with a passionate professional staff that's committed to developing thoughtful innovation and rapid-fire, top-notch local reporting.
You'll find no tears over falling circulation reports here. We're in an energetic growth mode, and we're looking for enthusiastic and ideas-driven internship applicants to match.
Send questions and -- better yet! -- your application materials to Senior Editor Adam Smeltz at adam.smeltz@statecollege.com, or call him at (814) 238-6201, Ext. 150. We'll be glad to provide complete internship descriptions upon request.
When applying, please include a resume; some relevant work samples; and a brief statement explaining your interest, what you'd bring to the organization and what you'd hope to gain by joining us.
These openings won't be open for long, so applicants should get in touch as soon as they can. Positions are available for Penn State credit only.
