17- Year- Old Girl Acquitted In Fire That Killed Her Adoptive Father

An Indiana County jury has acquitted a 17- year-old girl of charges that she set a fire that killed her adoptive father in March 2007. Codee Wheeler was charged with homicide, arson and related offenses. Prosecutors charged that Wheeler set fire to her Blairsville home while 57-year- old William Wheeler was inside.
