Dr. Chandan Vora Given Deadline To Clean Up Property

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- Johnstown City Council members gave Dr. Chandan Vora until April 15 to clean up the mess around her Robb Avenue property.On Tuesday, a city codes inspector toured the property under Vora's supervision.Earlier this year, she was charged with violating 15 different fire codes because of the mess. A jury found her guilty of scattering garbage and causing a nuisance.Vora is due back in court next month for violating zoning ordinances.
