A public forum meeting is scheduled for Wednesday night in Blair County for a group that wants to save Ice Mountain from having wind turbines installed on the ridge.

The group has invited speakers from the Save Our Allegheny Ridges Group, which is fighting wind farm development on Shaffer Mountain semicolon the president of the Juniata Valley Audubon Society; and an energy expert from Maryland.

The three-hour forum is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Tyrone High School.
