Johnstown Man In Court Charged With 2007 Shooting

Jury selection began Thursday in Cambria County court for the trial of a Johnstown man who is accused in a shooting 16 months ago.

Police said Kenneth Simington opened fire on a car parked a the Oakhurst Homes in January 2007.

Three people were wounded in the shooting.

Simington was returned to Johnstown from New York City last fall to face charges.
