Strong winds brought down trees and power lines across the Alleghenies, leaving thousands of homes without power.

At one point a Penelec spokesman said there were 13,000 customers without power in Cambria County Sunday.

Officials said if you are still without power, call the electric company, do not assume that someone else has reported the outage.
