With just about everyone feeling the economic pinch, America's No. 1 disaster relief responder finds itself struggling for donations.Even though Congress just earmarked $100 million for disaster relief, the American Red Cross still needs to raise an an additional $100 million from its donors.Last month it launched a national fundraising campaign, "Disasters Change Lives...You Can Too."
