Somerset Police Investigate Another Armed Robbery

SOMERSET, Pa. -- A Christian book store was held up at knife point Wednesday night in Somerset, which has been the site of several similar robberies that police believe may be connected.Three businesses have been held up within the past five days. The latest robbery was at the Christian Book Store along West Main Street.Police said a man confronted an employee at the counter with a knife and left with money from the register.Somerset police chief Randy Cox said that it is the same M.O. used during a robbery Monday at Subway and Friday at Fox's Pizza Den.The robber in Wednesday's robbery is described as a white man with dark hair in his late teens, early 20s. He's just under 6 feet tall with a skinny build. He was wearing jeans, a pull over, hooded sweatshirt with a black design on the back and white tennis shoes.
