2008 Parade of Homes and Landscapes
The 2008 Parade of Homes and Landscapes will take place September 12th-14th throughout Centre County. The annual tour features homes and landscapes designed by local home builders and landscaping companies. Hours of the tour are Friday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, Noon to 5 p.m. There will also be home seminars on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets to the tour are $5/adult and children ages 18 & under are admitted free. Proceeds from the tickets sales will benefit the Centre County Child Access Center. Professional Bull Riding Enterprise Rent-A-Car Tour
The Professional Bull Riding Enterprise Rent-A-Car Tour will come to the Bryce
Jordan Center Friday, September 12th and Saturday, September 13th at 7:30 p.m. The tour will feature 2,000 pound bulls and their riders. Tickets to the event
are $37.50 for adults, $25 for Penn State students, and $19.75 for children ages

Community Resources Fair
11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
State College Municipal Building
Over 30 local community groups will be at the fair to welcome new residents to State College. The fair will showcase the diverse organizations and resources available in the Centre region.

The concert will also feature special guests Tony Scherr and Rudy Royston. Tickets to the jazz style concert are $27.
Health & Safety Fair
The Health & Safety Fair, hosted by the Patton Township Police Department, will take place Saturday, September 13th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Colonnade in the Target and Wegmans parking lot. The event will feature child safety seat inspections, ladder truck rides for kids, a jaws of life demonstration at Noon & 2 p.m., and a police K-9 demonstration at 1 p.m. The event will also have a bounce house, a dunk tank, food vendors, and a children's magician.
