PSU Blue-White Weekend

Nice weather for the Blue-White Game ?! Looks like a great weekend!  Penn State will hold the 2009 Blue White Weekend festivities April 24th-26th. The free football scrimmage will take place Saturday, April 25th inside of Beaver Stadium at 2pm. Admission and Parking is FREE for all visitors.  Friday and Saturday there will be events including Food, Music and a Carnival.  Friday there will be a WIngFest along with Fireworks around 9pm. Saturday, don't miss the Autograph Session with the players before the game.

Blue-White Notes:
- Stadium parking lots will open at 8 a.m.
- Stadium gates A and B will open at 12:00 p.m
- Autograph session with the players will run from 12:30-1:15 p.m

Penn State Ice Rink - Annual Ice Show

This year's show entitled Whim-sicle will be held on Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25, beginning at 7:30pm.  This year's show will feature pairs skaters Nate Bartholomay and Erika Choi Smith, the Penn State Collegiate Hockey Team, Penn State's Professional Skating Staff, PSU Kinesiology students, Penn State Student and Figure Skating Clubs.


PAWS Comedy Club Event!

Friday, April 24th, 7:00 pm, at the Ramada Inn State College. The cost is $15 per person. There will be two main acts: Vinnie Mark - HEADLINER ... and Bill Keller FEATURE. Have fun and support PAWS at the same time!

College of Education 4th annual Cycle-Thon and 5K Walk/Run

Fun for the whole family: Children's Games and Activities, Face painting, Meet the Nittany Lion, rare and unique bikes. Cycle-Thon is more than just a bike ride - it's a fundraiser for an important College of Education program - SCOPE. SCOPE provides access to the field of education by bringing selected high school students to Penn State for a rigourous summer residental program.
