A Celebration of Service: Honoring PA Veterans
The 28th Infantry Division has been honoring its service members at the National Shrine in Boalsburg for more than 70 years. This Sunday, Guardsmen and women from the Division gather to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Activities include a military band concert, distinguished speaker, helicopter/vehicle displays and a 21-gun, 105mm howitzer battery salute. (More info)

Grand Reopening Of Mount Nittany
Mount Nittany Conservancy will host a grand reopening of Mount Nittany's blue and white trails to celebrate installation of a new wayfinding system. It will be held this Sunday, May 16, from noon to 4 p.m. beginning at the trailhead on Mount Nittany Road in Lemont. The first 200 hikers will receive a free gift courtesy of the Mount Nittany Conservancy. (More info)
