Central PA Farm Tour
Visit local working farms this Saturday from 12:30-5:00pm. The Farm Tour provides access to farms around the region, with farm-fresh products available for sale. See livestock up close, take a look
inside a milking house, or just wander around the beautiful gardens! Cost: $15 per car, $5 per bike. Find more info and a Google map.
The drive-in may be gone, but you can still enjoy a family movie in the great outdoors. This Friday you can choose between 2 great movies. Bike over to Tudek Park to see "Back to the Future". Bring a blanket, pack a snack and enjoy this summer event, part of the CRPR Bike-in series. "Planet 51" will be playing up at Tussey Mountain Friday night as well. Admission is just $1 and begins at 8pm. Theater classics like popcorn and candy will be available, as will hot dogs, hamburgers and other good food you won't find at regular showings. (more info)

StoryCorps Arrives in Bellefonte by Adam Smeltz
Run by the national nonprofit group known as StoryCorps, the MobileBooth is scheduled to open Thursday in the Centre County seat. StoryCorps' mission is to record, share and preserve stories of
Americans from all backgrounds and beliefs, and workers from the group
will interview locals and record their stories -- free of charge --

The Huntingdon County Fair starts up next week. Stop over to check out the exhibits, animals, demo derby and -- of course -- the great food. For more than 140 years the Huntingdon County Fair has been
a tradition, growing each year. The fair is known as the
premier agricultural exposition in Pennsylvania - Second only to the
