Ag Progress Days

Ag Progress Days, Pennsylvania's largest outdoor agricultural exposition, will return for its annual three-day run, Aug. 17-19. Sponsored by Penn State's College of Agricultural Sciences, the event is held at the Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center at Rock Springs, nine miles southwest of State College on Pa. Route 45. Free admission and parking. (more info)

PSU Receiver Curtis Drake Breaks Leg by Terry Casey

Penn State sophomore receiver Curtis Drake has fractured his leg and will be out for six to eight weeks. As a freshman, Drake had eight receptions for 98 yards and four rushes for 24 yards, and was first on this depth chart in the slot receiver position.....see story here

Have fun this Saturday at Reptile and Amphibian Day! Join the guest speakers and Black Moshannon State Park for a fun-filled day of nothing but reptiles and amphibians. See some of Pennsylvania's snakes, try to catch frogs, toads, and salamanders in the lake and on land, and make a craft to take home with you.
