ESPNU will nationally televise the contest with Rob Stone, David Pollack and Shelley Smith calling the action.

Penn State is playing in Minneapolis for the first time since 2006 and is making its first appearance in TCF Bank Stadium. The squads will be in different Big Ten divisions starting in 2011 and are not scheduled to meet the next two years.

Minnesota co-offensive coordinator Jeff Horton has been named interim head coach for the remainder of the 2010 season.
