Ohio State leads the series,13-12. The home team has won 12 of the 17
meetings since the Nittany Lions began Big Ten play in 1993, but the
visiting team has won the last three contests. The Buckeyes won 24-7
last year in Beaver Stadium.
Ohio State leads the Big Ten and ranks third in the NCAA in total
defense (234.2 ypg) while also leading the league and ranking seventh
overall in scoring (42.0 ppg).
Saturday will be the 15th game in NCAA history between two FBS coaches with at least 200 career wins.
