Spikesfest!

Be sure to check out Spikesfest this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Penn State Multi-Sport Facility. Featuring meet and greet with new Spikes Manager Dave Turgeon, free autograph sessions, prizes, inflatable games, kids activities, appearances by Ike the Spike, the Nookie Monster, Bob the Baseball Dog and other mascots, youth player and coaching clinics, unique experiences and much more. THON

Next weekend (Feb. 18-20) the Bryce Jordan Center will be electric and awake for 48 straight hours as The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon-THON will once again (since 1977) be helping kids with cancer.  Each year THON has 15,000 volunteers, 700 dancers and to date, has raised more than $69 million for the fight against pediatric cancer, benefiting The Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Children’s Hospital. Starting Monday, if you order delivery or take-out from a local restaurant listed via this page, StateCollege.com will automatically donate a portion of the proceeds to THON.
