Something Different To Do
One of the great things about living in State College, is there is
always something 'different' to do around town for you and your family.
For instance, next weekend you could check out the PSU Rube Goldberg Machine Contest,
(Rube Goldberg, a complicated invention, laboriously contrived to
perform a simple operation) This year’s national challenge: design and build a machine that waters a plant in 20 or more steps. Other finds in our calendar include listening to visiting Buddhist Monks, watching people Tango (Tango Buenos Aires), joining a women's pick-up game of hockey or catching an advance screening of a new movie for free (Paul).
