Penn State Centre Stage Summer Shows

Centre Stage begins its Summer Season June 1 and has tickets to give away.  Just click here to win 2 tickets.  It looks to be a great summer season of shows starting with Five Guys Named Moe (June 1-25), followed by The Good Doctor (July 27-Aug 6) and Radio Gulf (Aug 24-Sept 3). (more info)

2011 Grange Fair Car Show and Spring Festival

The main event will feature shows for cars and motorcycles of every vintage. You will also see crafts, a flea market, lots of new and used auto parts and accessories, and a wide variety of food vendors.  Interstate Tractor Pull on Friday, Truck Pull on Saturday and a Garden Tractor Pull on Sunday. All at the Grange Fairgrounds this weekend. (more info)


A Celebration of Service - Honoring PA Veterans

U.S. Army reunion and memorial service Sunday at 12:30 pm, commemorating the Pennsylvanian Citizen Soldier on the grounds of the Pennsylvania Military Museum. Activities include a military band concert, distinguished speaker, helicopter/vehicle displays and a twenty-one-gun, 105mm howitzer battery salute. (more info)

Master Gardener Plant Sale & Garden Fair

The Penn State Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners of Centre County are holding their Plant Sale & Garden Fair this Saturday from 9am to 2pm at the Ag Progress Days Grounds. The Plant Sale will feature thousands of potted plants, including perennials, annuals, herbs, houseplants, vegetables, and noteworthy, pollinator and native plants along with vendors, exhibits, children's activities and more.
