Nittany Antique Machinery Show
The 37th Annual Fall Show featuring John Deere Tractors and equipment
will take place this weekend starting Thursday, Sept. 8 at Penn's Cave.
With literally tons of
tractors on display and dozens of activities, there will be plenty to do
for all! Some activities include, Mobile Ag Education science lab,
antique tractor pull, apple cider pressing, antique tractors in

Penn State football is taking center stage this weekend, but don't forget about the other
PSU fall sports. Women's volleyball, field hockey and men's and
women's soccer have all started. Check out top athletes and exciting

Cirque Du Soleil - Quidam
Quidam had its world premiere in Montreal under the Big Top in April 1996. Since that time, the production has toured on five continents and been experienced by millions of people. The international cast features 52 world-class acrobats, musicians, singers and characters. Check it out for yourself next week at the Bryce Jordan Center, There will be seven performances from Wednesday through Sunday. (more info)

Series Record: Alabama Leads 9-5
ABC will nationally televise the contest with Brad Nessler, Todd Blackledge & Holly Rowe.
This will be the Tide’s first appearance in Beaver Stadium since the
1989 season, when Alabama earned a 17-16 victory.
Penn State head coach
Joe Paterno has been on the sidelines for all 14 meetings between the
two schools, the first coming in the 1959 Liberty Bowl while Paterno was
still a Nittany Lion assistant coach.
The Penn State-Alabama game is the only Big Ten-SEC regular season
match-up this season. The conferences will be pitted in at least three
2011-12 bowl games.
Penn State hasn't beaten a team ranked in the AP's top-5 since the 1999 season opener, when it beat No. 4 Arizona 41-7.
