Then & NOW: A Military Time Line

The "Then & NOW Military History Time Line Encampment/Bivouac" at the Boalsburg Museum this Saturday and Sunday hosts a score of reenactors from the Colonial Period up through the present day active duty PA National Guard.  The event features music spanning two centuries, 1:00 pm fashion show of battle dress uniforms and 3:00 pm weapons demonstration each day. Where: Lincoln FInancial Field
Kickoff: Noon

Series Record: Penn State leads series 36-3-1, Joe Paterno is 27-0 vs. Temple.

ESPN will televise the contest with Dave LaMont and Ray Bentley.

Penn State is 14-3 in its next game after a loss since the start of the 2005 season.

The Nittany Lions are coming off a 27-11 loss to then-No. 3/2 Alabama. The Owls won at Akron, 41-3, last Saturday and will enter the Penn State game unbeaten for the second consecutive year.

Penn State has a 59-20 (74.7) record since the start of the 2005 season, tied with Oregon for the the nation's 11th-best winning percentage over the past seven seasons.

Temple has won 17 of its last 22 games overall and 18 of 22 regular-season games
