AAUW Used Book Sale

The State College AAUW Used Book Sale will be held this Saturday through Tuesday at the Ag Arena. The doors will open at 9am and close at 9pm daily. Books are sorted into more than 25 categories and are displayed on more than 250 tables with all titles available from the beginning of the sale. Monday, May 14th, is Half-Price Day and Tuesday, May 15th, is Bag Day. On Bag Day customers will be able to buy a bag of books for $5.00. (more info)

Plant Sales

The 17th annual Plant Celebration & Garden Sale at the Centre Furnace Mansion is this Saturday starting at 9:00am. Along with the sale, there will be workshops, tours and activities. (more info)  The Arboretum at Penn State will also be having their first annual plant sale this weekend.  Next Saturday the Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of Centre County are hosting a regional Garden Fair & Plant Sale from 9am to 3pm at Ag Progress Days Site.
