This Sunday is Father's Day. It is a day of commemoration and celebration of Dad. It is a day to not only honor your father, but all men who have acted as a father figure in your life - whether as stepfathers, uncles, grandfathers, or "big brothers." The Spikes will open their summer home schedule Tuesday, June 19 with a bevy of special events and great promotions for the entire family! Fans can enjoy a spectacular fireworks show immediately following the 7:05 pm game. The first 3000 fans get a Schedule Magnet and all kids can run the bases after the game! Gates open at 5:00 pm. The streets of Bellefonte will be open Friday from 6:00 to 7:30 pm for the public to cruise like people used to do. After that, a sock hop will be held on the diamond from 8:00 to 11:00 pm.
