Central PA Regional Expo

The Central Pennsylvania Regional Business & Industry Expo will be held Thursday, November 8, at the Bryce Jordan Center from 1:00-6:30pm. This event will provide Chamber members the opportunity to promote their products and services to consumers, business owners and entrepreneurs from throughout the region. It is free to attend the Expo and there will be workshops available throughout the day. Make plans to attend and see you there! (more info)

Kid's Day: Dress up and Discover

Kids of all ages get to try on the field and head gear from the PA Military museum education collection. Visit the education stations in the galleries for more fun discoveries throughout the day. Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Ages 3 to 13 get in for 1/2 price admission. A donation is requested for the Dress-Up station. Parents need to remain on-site. (more info)

Run for Shelter 5k

This Saturday (11/10 9:00am) the beginning of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week - the State College and Penn State communities will come together to Run for Shelter! This 3.1-mile run/walk will benefit Centre House, our homeless shelter at 217 East Nittany Avenue. The scenic course begins at Centre House and winds through the historic Highlands neighborhood and fraternity row. (more info)
