Outdoor Winter Fun
Have a case of cabin fever? Bundle up and head outdoors. CRPR wants to let you know about some winter fun. If there’s snow, you gotta go sledding. Slab Cabin Park, located in College Township at 316 Elmwood St., Lemont, has the best sledding slope around. There are even lights so you can ride until 11:00pm and it's free. The Village Ice Rink at Blue Spring Park will be open soon, located at 230 Wagner Street, Boalsburg. It's an all-natural, on-ground rink. Free and fun for kids of all ages. Have fun and be safe! Penn State Winter Sports
Football season may be coming to an end (college anyhow), but there are plenty of PSU sports events through spring. Along with men's and women's basketball, there is gymnastics, men's volleyball, and hockey all starting up or continuing this winter season. Get out of the cold and check out some top-quality student athletes. You can find more information of upcoming PSU Sports events on our Community Calendar and our Penn State Sports pages.
