Summer's Best Music Fest

Downtown State College will come alive with music Saturday! Come downtown and support local musicians along with headlining artist, country music hit-maker Jason Michael Carroll,  and snag some deals at the annual Downtown Street Bazaar! Enjoy a day full of local music, exciting attractions such as a pet parade, and much more. Summer’s Best Music Fest is a great opportunity for families to reconnect while listening to great summer music and exploring the wonderful shops Downtown State College has to offer. This Saturday the SCAHS North Building "Driver Training Lot" will be filled with BIG TRUCKS; dump trucks, fire trucks and more. Bring the kids for an exciting free afternoon of climbing and exploring. It’s a great hands-on experience for the entire family. Runs from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. (more info)

Bald Eagle Knap-In

Bald Eagle State Park is hosting this event in partnership with the Susquehanna Valley Flint Knappers Association. There will be a variety of scheduled events, along with ongoing activities such as arrowhead production, atlatl tossing, archery, fire building and much more.Watch, participate, and learn how the Native Americans lived during this two day immersion of cultural history. There is no admission or parking fee for this family friendly event. (more info)
