Happy Fourth of July
The Central PA 4thFest fireworks show has been rated one of the top three fireworks shows in the United States! The show will light up the sky, but other events will light up faces around Beaver Stadium until the 9:15 show. Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts
The Arts Festival returns next week (July 9-13) and will bring over 125,000 people to downtown State College and the University Park campus. Come celebrate the arts with the nationally recognized sidewalk sale and exhibition, sand sculpture, great music, theatrical performances, children activities and all sorts of food choices!

Ice Cream Fest
State College/Downtown Rotary Club presents Ice Cream Fest as part of "Flavors of Happy Valley." Stop by the Municipal Building this Saturday between 10am and 4pm and join the fun with hourly events and locally made ice cream. $5 admission includes 15 different ice cream flavors. Plus, Face Painting. Discovery Space Hands-On Exhibits, Fire Dept. Bucket Rides, Buttons the Clown, Magicians, a life-size CandyLand game and more. (more info)
