"A Family Tradition" -- The Centre County Grange Encampment and Fair, better known as "The Grange Fair," starts this week, August 21-28. The Grange Fair is a city within a town, as campers "move into" the Grange Park in Centre Hall to live for more than a week. From sunup to sundown, fair activities abound including tractor pulls, draft-horse shows, carnival rides, horseshoe pitching, a queen contest, bake-sale auction, music shows, commercial exhibits, a livestock sale and, of course, great food!
