State College Preschool Fair

Starting the preschool selection process for your child, but don’t know where to begin? Visit the State College Preschool Fair this Saturday, January 10, at the State College Area High School South Building from 10:00am-noon.. This event is FREE and will provide parents and caregivers an opportunity to visit with more than 20 preschool directors and representatives from a variety of schools throughout the State College area. Winter Festival

Make plans to have some Fun in the Snow at Black Mo NEXT Saturday (Jan. 17)! The Black Moshannon Winter Festival is next Saturday 12-4pm. Visit the Environmental Learning Center to borrow a pair of snow shoes to try out. Build a snow sculpture on the beach, then head to the snow box derby. Other events include ice skating, broom ball, cross-country ski, ski the lake in the evening, sled riding, and roasting marshmallows. (more info)
